Description: |
VarcoMac
maintains, constructs, services and repairs the electrical facility
operations for approximately one million square feet of office
and SCIF space for several Government Department of Defense
activities at the Defense Logistics Agency Headquarter Complex.
The systems include 5 emergency generators, a 750 KVA UPS, fire
detection, electronic security, south masking and paging, a
floating fountain, and building and parking lot lighting. |

to satisfy their electrical needs, working in a mission critical
environment that requires uninterrupted electrical service,
design-build expertise that is required for professional installations,
and the coordination of sub contractors to ensure proper installation
of dependable, high-quality equipment. VarcoMac
was awarded the maximum Performance Award dollars available
for five consecutive years (award option dropped by the Government
in subsequent contracts).
